1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how KAS Group Apps ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Photo Gallery - Album Manager Android application (package ID: com.kas.galleryapp).

By using the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app. We may update this policy from time to time; continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

2. Data We Collect

Photo Gallery - Album Manager collects no personal data from its core features.The app reads media files already present on your device solely to display them to you. We do not transmit, copy, index, or analyse your photos or videos in any way.

The only data-related activity occurs through the advertising SDK in the free version, as described in Section 5 below.

3. Permissions We Request

The app requests only the permissions necessary to provide its core features:

Media permissions are used exclusively to read files for display. The app never accesses, copies, or transmits your media files to any external location.

4. Children's Privacy

The app is rated Everyone (3+) on Google Play and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has inadvertently provided personal information through the app, please contact us at the address in Section 10 and we will take steps to delete such information.

5. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs

The free version of the app displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob is operated by Google LLC and may collect and use data to serve personalised or non-personalised ads, including:

• Your device's Advertising ID (a resettable, anonymous identifier)
• General device information (OS version, screen size, language)
• Coarse location (country/region, derived from IP address)
• Ad interaction signals (impressions, clicks)

We configure AdMob to request non-personalised ads only, which limits the data AdMob may use for ad targeting.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party, except as described in Section 5 (AdMob, Google LLC) and in the following limited circumstances:

• Legal obligation: If required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

7. Data Safety & Security

All data stored on your device (favorites, trash, settings) is encrypted using MMKV, a secure key-value store. Since we operate no servers and store no user data remotely, there is no risk of a server-side data breach affecting your information.

Your photos and videos are accessed in read-only mode for display purposes. The app cannot and does not modify, delete, or transmit your original media files without an explicit action by you (e.g., you tapping "Delete" or "Save edited photo").

8. Your Rights & Choices

Since we collect no personal data, most data-subject rights (access, correction, deletion) apply exclusively to locally stored app data, which you can manage directly:

• Clear all app data: Android Settings → Apps → Photo Gallery - Album Manager → Storage → Clear Data
• Revoke permissions: Android Settings → Apps → Photo Gallery - Album Manager → Permissions
• Reset Advertising ID: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads
• Opt out of ad personalisation: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation
• Remove ads entirely: Purchase "Remove Ads" inside the app

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, applicable law, or our practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of the app following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
