1. Permission to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Arrows Out on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment. We keep ownership of the app, its code, artwork, sound and name.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the app or any part of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Modify the app or use tools to alter gameplay, progress or advertising behaviour.
• Use the app for anything unlawful, or in a way that interferes with other people's use of it.
• Remove or obscure any notices of ownership contained in the app.

3. Age and parental consent

Arrows Out is suitable for all ages, including children. If you are under the age at which you can agree to terms on your own in your country, a parent or guardian should read these terms and agree to them on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the app and of the device it runs on.

4. Advertising

The app is free and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads may appear between levels, and you may choose to watch an ad in exchange for a hint or an extra chance after losing. Watching an ad is always optional; you can complete every level without doing so.

We do not choose the individual ads that appear and we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for anything you find on a website an ad leads to. Ad requests from this app are marked as child-directed and limited to a general audience content rating. If you see an advertisement you believe is inappropriate, please tell us at kasgroupapps@gmail.com.

5. Hints and in-game items

Hints and similar in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and are not your property. They exist only inside the app. We may change how they are earned or used in a future version. The app currently contains no purchases made with real money.

6. Your saved progress

Your progress is stored only on your device. We do not keep a copy. If you uninstall the app, change device, clear the app's data or use Reset progress, your progress is lost and cannot be recovered by us.

7. Updates and availability

We may update the app to fix problems, add levels or change features. We may also stop offering or supporting the app at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or that it will run without interruption or error on every device.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost progress, lost data or loss of device performance. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Ending these terms

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end it if you break these terms. Sections 8, 9 and 11 continue to apply afterwards.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
